Hang Ca (« the fish cave ») is well known for its three hidden lagoons where kayaks like to paddle around. Hang Ca is an ideal compromise for a mixed group of climbers and non-climbers. The later will enjoy kayaking in the lagoons. The routes we identified are located both at the entrance and the way-out of the first lagoon.

Accessible by high tide: 3 (the two first routes at the entrance side are not feasible at high-tide as your back will touch the water)

Water depth: do not climb when the low tide reaches its minimum level.

Other: as mentioned before, this place is the perfect compromise between climbing and relaxing (the lagoon often evokes warm feelings of inexplicable happiness, beaches, and the three S’s: Sea, Sex and Sun…)

Entrance to the first lagoon:

Route 1 (yellow line on the pic), >7a
Climb up on the main stalactite, then climb the roof through jugs. Go to the stalactite that looks like a mushroom, and when reaching it, go towards the lip of the cave.

Route 2 (red line on the pic), 7a
Climb up on the stalactite, then climb the roof through jugs. Go to the stalactite that looks like a mushroom, now continue a bit, then head for the lip of the cave.

On the way out of the first cave your enter the first lagoon:

Route 1, 5a
Weak line on a vertical wall to reach the stalactites on the roof about 10 meters high.

Cross from the left to the right side. The start is on the left corner of the cave.

Route 3, ?
Cross from the right to the left side. The start is on the far right, with some vegetation
